Dear Friends

I hope this post finds you well and you’re enjoying the cool fall weather.
I wanted to announce that I am accepting new clients for psychotherapy & life coaching at this time.
As many of you know, I’ve been a clinical psychologist for over 20 years and I provide individual, couples, and group therapy in general psychology to help people with everyday and chronic issues. And with the holidays fast approaching, it’s smart to empower ourselves mentally, so we can fully enjoy the parties, families, friends, and the holiday celebration, rather than be a victim of it with depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, and more.

As a depression survivor for decades, it is psychotherapy that helped me out of the underworld of hopelessness, demons, and suicidal thoughts. This journey led me to specialize in treating depression utilizing traditional, alternative, and integrative methods that are non invasive to the body and effective longer term.
I am also trained and experienced in depth and positive psychology, and solution focused therapy.

Cancer Survivor
As a breast cancer survivor, I have became a health & wellness expert and a nutritionist to save my own life, and now I help clients seek a healthier lifestyle through food, fitness, mental balance, spirituality, and the power of happiness; all methods I use daily for my own survival physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Positive Approach
I use a positive approach with clients to help them recognize their own strengths, build self-esteem, focus on identifying their obstacles, and help develop a step by step action plan to overcome any issues throughout their lives, and reach their goals and dreams.

The Power of Psychotherapy & Self-Discovery
Studies show consistently that psychotherapy is an effective and powerful method to overcome many mental and emotional fears and issues, but it is also a form of self discovery, to explore and discover one’s courage, strength, talents, and inner beauty. Too many people suffer silently alone needlessly, when many mental issues are treatable and manageable.
