This dessert or snack is easy, healthy, powerful, low cal, & delicious. And it requires no cooking, no utensils, or dishes. Woohoo!
You can use your favorite toppings and create your one-of-a kind. It also makes a great homemade gift for mom and others.

Organic whole milk yogurt (Greek or regular)
or organic soy, almond, or coconut  yogurt
Raw honey (real stuff)

Toppings (optional)
Dark chocolate or regular chocolate chips
Assorted berries: blueberries, strawberries, etc.
Dried fruits (chopped)

In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey.
On a baking sheet pan covered with parchment paper, gently pour the yogurt mixture on it. Leave an inch on all four sides.
Sprinkle your favorite toppings.
Place in the freezer for up to an hour.
Take it out and simply break it into bite sizes with your hands or using a knife.
You can place this in a jar or in a clear or brown bag and tie it with a ribbon or a string and give it away as a gift or enjoy it on your own.
