Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

Take a break from the holiday hustle and bustle and treat yourself, family & friends with this easy and delicious hot chocolate, especially during those chilly and cozy nights, and let it calm, soothe, and take you to heavenly bliss. You’ve earned it and you need it.
You can also cut this recipe in half for just the two of you and if you don’t like peppermint, simply leave it out. It’s still yummy.


4 cups of milk; preferably organic, unsweetened almond milk.

8 oz. white chocolate, chopped, or white chocolate chips.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract or crushed peppermints to your liking.

Toppings (optional)
Whipped cream, crushed peppermints, marshmallows, etc.


In a saucepan, stir the milk and white chocolate over low heat until all the chocolate is melted. Make sure it doesn’t come to a boil. The chocolate will burn on the bottom.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and the crushed peppermint or extract.
Serve hot with optional toppings or as it is and enjoy!
