It’s pomegranate season! This amazing nutritious and delicious fruit, along with walnut, full of omega 3 and magnesium, among others is guaranteed to keep you healthy, strong, and satisfied. As always, buy the freshest and preferably organic ingredients as much as possible.
The sauce is easy to make and it can go over pasta, seafood, roasted veggies, tacos, scrambled eggs, etc., or use it as a dip for veggies, chips and breads.

1 heard of garlic, peeled
1 cup of walnuts (unsalted)
2 tablespoon of real honey or agave (to taste)
3 cups of pomegranate juice
or 2 cups or fresh pomegranate seeds and 1 cup juice or water
Mix garlic, walnut, honey and 1 cup of pomegranate juice in a blender until smooth consistency. Add the remaining juice or fresh pomegranate seeds and mix. You can use it right away or chill for a day. Make sure to stir or shake before using.
You can garnish with some basil or cilantro leaves and/or pomegranate seeds.
