Pumpkin Spice Mix

Makes 6 tablespoons. You can double or triple this mix

This is a real handy mix to have and use, not just for the holidays, but throughout the year, and you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen, so no need to spend more money. Make and mix yourself and save money and time, and the hassle of looking and reaching out for these ingredients when you’re cooking like mad.
Toss this mix with apples for an apple pie filling or for pumpkin pie, sprinkle over fruits, like bananas, pears and apples, or on toast or cereal, roasted potatoes or yams, or stir into whipped cream or frosting for cupcakes and cakes, or use to make a spice cake, etc. Kids even like it over melted marshmallow, so, use everyone’s imagination. You can also add the mix to your coffee directly or in your coffee maker, or heat up the mix with water in a kettle for pumpkin tea and the whole house will smell heavenly. And of course, this spice mix is full of powerful nutrients to keep your energized and strong to keep colds and germs away. Make sure you buy organic. Don’t need pesticides and chemicals in your food at any time for you, family, and dear friends.
Make your life a little easier and yummy with this mix. Store it in a cool place and it will last up to 6 months at least. Just make sure you check the expiration dates on all the ingredients. Some have known to date prehistoric age. Guilty!
