Start your spring morning with this refreshing, delicious, and powerful smoothie. It will provide you with at least third of the nutrients you need for the day.
No recipes needed really. Just put in as much or as little, and make it as thick or thin as you want. This is your smoothie.



2 slices of avocados
1 tablespoon of organic flaxseed and/or chia or hemp seeds
1 small organic cucumber
Handful of organic baby or regular spinach
1 organic banana
Handful of organic berries of your choice, such as blueberry or strawberry
(can be fresh or frozen)
1 scoop of organic soy, coconut, or whole yogurt
1 cup or more of unsweetened, organic almond, soy, or coconut milk, or water
1 or 2 sprigs of mint (optional)


Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high until smooth.
